Reptile Express Broker Fee

2 US Customs forms (ACE manifest & Proforma); the use of our SCAC code, I/E License; co-ordinating with the Canadian seller and U.S. buyer(s); Going through USF&W inspections and filling out the 3-177 wildlife declaration form. This also includes the USF&W inspection & Commercial Entry fee

Flat Rate Shipping Fees

Shipping from the sellers location in Canada to our Toronto office (sellers are also welcome to drop off at our GTA area drop off).

Shipping Kit (insulated box, deli cups, cloth bags, heat/cold packs).

The shipping from our Lewiston, NY office to the final U.S. clients state

USA Customs/Bond

USA Federal regulations require bond to be purchased for all high value shipments over $2,500USD. Since all of our shipments are above this threshold, we purchase bond for all our shipments. We do not charge our clients this fee as we have high enough volumes where we can afford to absorb this cost.

Full export and Canadian/USA shipping fees will be paid in advance.

Please note: For international shipping, we only accept E-Transfer, Money Order, and Cheques. PayPal/Credit Cards would have 3-4% processing fees.

Shipping and Inspection

Ship us your reptile(s)

You must ship out your animal(s) on Mondays only, in order for us to receive them by Tuesdays only.

If you’re local to us, you can drop off the reptile(s) to our Richmond Hill, ON location on Tuesday.

On the way to your U.S buyer

We will export your animal(s) very early Wednesday morning for Thursday delivery to the American recipient anytime before 10:30am to their door. Somebody must be home to sign/accept the package.
